ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you successfully place an order you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of your order. This email contains your order number, address, and a description of what you ordered. Please double check the sizing and delivery address and email us right away at stonesir@weioulace.com with any order adjustments.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days to allow for order adjustments such as size and address as listed above. (unless otherwise noted for Holidays, pre-orders and back-orders).
For example if you order on Monday your order will ship at latest by Wednesday. If you order Friday-Sunday your order will most likely ship Monday but at latest by Tuesday.
SHIPPING RATES
All International orders over $20 qualify for FREE shipping.
We ship worldwide, International shipping rates vary by country.
Please note that all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days so that is in addition to the 3-5 days it will take for your package to be delivered.
TRACKING NUMBERS
When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one day for tracking information to update in the system.
RETURN POLICY
30 day money back guarantee on all unused laces.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you received your laces. Laces must be new and in the original packaging with no signs of wear to be eligible for return. If they have been used we will not accept your return or exchange.
You are responsible for shipping the laces back to us. Shipping fees associated with your order will not be refunded, you will only receive a refund for the product cost.
